This unfortunately does not allow for the sanding discs to properly adhere or even stay on sander. This unfortunately is the third pad Ill been using for my Makita Sander - all sharing the same poor quality

Installing took some time, need to redrill the attachment holes. They were not aligned with my sander base.

Ive had my makita orbital sander for year and the original base was cracking. I thought Id have to buy a new sanders, but when purchasing sanding discs for the sander, a link came up for this base. It fits perfectly, all the sanding disc adhere great, the edge of the new sanding pad do not interfere and leave marks like my old one. It was quick and east to install. I unscrewed the original 3 screws and attached the new pad with the same original screws. Easy peasy. It took less than ten minutes. I do recommend this replacement pad. Great product.

Perfect fit for porter cable sander

Well made product but I am returning because the holes did not line up with my sander

Had to shim 3 screws to get head to tighten down. Worked okay on lower settings but screw holes enlarged from vibration at high speed and unit fell off
