Sadly it doesn’t fit and I ruined it trying to get it attached. Money down the drain.

This doesnt appear to be made of the same quality of materials as the OEM Makita sander pad. As others have mentioned, the screw holes were not quite large enough although I worked around that issue with only minimal effort. My biggest concern is how it will stand up to typical use -- not all that well, I suspect. At least it was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time, Ill buy the genuine OEM article.

Installing took some time, need to redrill the attachment holes. They were not aligned with my sander base.

The triagular pattern of holes is a bit off. It doesnt fit the Makita BO5010 without a bit of forceful work with a screwdriver.

The place where the screw heads go is not recessed. The screw heads stick up making it impossible to sand. Without modifying it it, is useless.

Fits well and good value for backing pads. Are sturdy and holding up well sanding a floor.
