5 Inch Dia 8 Hole Sander Hook and Loop Replacement Sanding Pad For Makita BO5010, BO5030/K, BO5031K, BO5041K, XOB01Z Sander

I have a 3 hole Milwaukee sander that this worked on. They don’t make a replacement anymore for mine. This fit and worked great.

This doesnt appear to be made of the same quality of materials as the OEM Makita sander pad. As others have mentioned, the screw holes were not quite large enough although I worked around that issue with only minimal effort. My biggest concern is how it will stand up to typical use -- not all that well, I suspect. At least it was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time, Ill buy the genuine OEM article.

Works as hoped for!

I think the manufacture screwed up. The sanding pads do not seem to stick as well as on the OEM disk. I would recommend you search for the OEM disk, and pay more and be happy. 2022 may update - I am buying a new MAKITA brand backing plate. This on does not stick to almost new sanding disks well and the original lasted many years. Spend the extra 5-10$ and be happy with OPEM. I will throw this out once the new one arrives. When I do woodwork, I do not want to spend time cursing the paper not sticking.

Replacement part fit my Makita just fine

Says it fits a bo5021 makita random orbit sander, however the 3 mounting holes are about 1/16 too far apart.Can not mount on to sander.

The mounting holes were not aligned right with the sander, or, the old pad. Hard to redril them to fit.

screws falling off going thrue the peace

This is a piece of crap. The holes in the pad dont align properly with the tapped holes in the bottom of the sander. Dont buy this. Im returning it.

Works like new.
