Working on the computer all day long plus sleeping in a bad position was hitting hard on my neck and shoulders. This is helping the neck stretch. The instructions are good. I dont do it more than recommended and its helping relieve the pain slowly.

My cousin suffers from a bulging cervical disc, so I got this for her on her birthday. She absolutely loves it, she cant stop raving about the pain relief. She uses it nightly and sometimes even squeezes a session in during the day if she has time. Not only does it take away the pain, the heat removes the mental fog by bringing in more blood flow. This thing is awesome! I have neck and shoulder pain a lot and the neck support combined with heat really really helps. This is going to save me on chiropractor bills! The only small issue for me is, I wish it had a regular plug, you need a USB port to power it.
