This product is what it says it is. It is smaller then expected. It heats up with 3 settings, I felt it stayed a little too hot even on the lowest setting. It also is very hard. While the idea of it is great, it could be softer. As well as you can feel all the wires and bumps and material in it while laying on it. It is uncomfortable for sure. The product does do what it is supposed to.

This actually puts out great heat. Took a little adjustment to figure out what position was most comfortable. Once you get comfortable, it works great.

Product is great! A little to get used to but the added heat with it is great! Highly recommend!

Have been using for about a week. It definitely helps to feel less tense in my upper body. Will continue using for more improvements in my neck pain. Great product!

This neck relaxer is great way to relieve neck pain and heal a bit of that tech neck that we probably all suffer from to some degree. Ive used it for several days now and my neck definelty feels more relaxed and I am in less pain than usual. The heat really helps ease neck pain as well! It has several setting including 10, 20, 30min intervals of heat and low, medium, or high for heat temperature. It also comes with a decent bag to store it in to prevent abunch of dust or pet hair getting on it. Overall, a very nice product and I honestly dont have any dislikes about it. Just make sure to use proper form when using so you dont hurt yourself! Instructions are included and easy to follow!

I bought this recently through Amazon because I was looking for some an alternative to lay and stretch my neck and head on other than laying down flat. I have carpal tunnel and I also have some kind of impingement in my cervical spine that is affecting the nerves on my right side, causing pain and tingling, and after a long day of work at the keyboard, I will lay down on this for a few minutes only just to get rid of the stiffness in my neck and then will relax my shoulder and allow me to sleep. It does get quite hot so be careful to only use for a few minutes. Not more then qp minutes. You can also not turn on the heating feature also . Thei is one of the thing s I use to help stitch my neck and I use it midday also

I bought this for my daughter who is developing a hunched neck. This is helping stretch her neck muscles and helping with her posture.
