> 3 dayDid effectively extract heat out of the equipment - Had numerous options for controlling the environmental controls. Was pretty quiet even when operating at peak speeds for maximum cooling.

> 3 dayIm using this unit to cool a Marantz SR7013. This fan is quiet and effective. It does not run faster than 25% if I leave the door slightly open. When I close the door, I have never found it above 50% when I open the door. I chose the forward exhaust / door open option to avoid modifying the rear panels of an antique German shrank (wardrobe) that we have used for years to hide our AV gear.

> 3 dayOur Yamaha amp would overheat and shut down after only 15 or 20 minutes of 70-80 percent volume. We put this cooling unit on top of the amp and it never overheats any more. Perfect!

> 3 daySo this works amazing but I can not set it on auto smart mode as high speed for fan is to loud. Instead I run it on the other auto mode and it just runs on the next setting down from high. The build quality is great I honestly dont know if you can get a quieter fan. But there is no way you can run this on high fan speed and enjoy a movie, tv, or music. Works for me on the next setting down from high temps dropped alot does its job.

> 3 dayWhat a great concept, (see pict) in cabinet, there is very little room and it’s enclosed on 3 sides. My AV receiver gets pretty hot and instead of me cutting out the back of the cabinet, all I needed to do was place the AC Infinity fan on top. Set on auto and it turns on when heat increases and adjusts the fan speed when more is needed as AV receiver heats up. Very guiet and you can even limit how fast the fan can go, further insuring quiet operation. Looks awesome and in my case, even matches the AV receiver’s curved front shape!

Greater than one weekWe live in a place where it gets very hot (90-100 degrees F) and that means my AVR (Yamaha RX-A1050) runs way too hot. I looked for a professional cooling system and once I saw the Infinity AIRCOM S10 I was convinced it will do the job. It took only 8 days from the USA to South Africa. Installing it was quick and easy. On a cooler day (77-85 degrees F) I run the fans on the slowest speed and my AVR remains at a acceptable temperature. On warmer days (90 degrees F +) I set the fans to the second speed and the AVR remains nice and cool. I really don’t see the need of putting the fans higher than this, so there is no noise disturbance. If you really want to run the fans at full speed and it is noisy just crank up the volume ;-) Good quality product that does a great job protecting my AVR and giving me peace of mind.

> 3 dayI have a Marantz SR5012 Receiver with 5.1 in my living room and I used the 2 extra channels as zone 2 stereo sending them to a splitter for speakers in 4 additional rooms. the receiver puts out tremendous sound but with that comes tremendous heat. The unit is in a wall mounted media cabinet with no rear or top exhaust. I originally installed a little computer fan but the unit was still hot enough to fry an egg on. This Aircom S10 cools the unit right down, I thought with the heat I had felt previously that this unit would be running full speed all the time but it rarely does cause it moves so much air on even the slowest setting. In smart mode it kicks on and rarely does it ever go higher than half power, my receiver runs at room temperature and sounds perfect. This unit is silent and the design blends PERFECTLY with the design of my Marantz its almost as if it was custom designed for Marantz receivers, most people that see it assume that it is part of the receiver not a separate part. If I have one bit of constructive criticism to pass along if there could be a dimmer on the front controller it is a bit brighter than any other component in my system. But I will take the light cause this unit is keeping the heart of my home sound system running cool and efficient and hopefully for many many years to come. This is one of the rare instances where I found a product that was EXACTLY what I wanted in every way.

Greater than one weekThe build quality of the case is very high on this. I have it sitting on top of my Parasound Halo. Unfortunately, the fan noise, even on the lowest setting, is just TOO LOUD for a small listening room (10 x 10). It makes me believe the actual fans or motors inside are on the cheap side. Now I’m wondering if they could be replaced with a quieter fan?
