> 24 hourI have an entertainment center unit with glass doors that I prefer to keep closed, but my 100 watt / channel receiver puts out too much heat without ventilation. I bought this AC Infinity S8 and that did the trick very nicely. I particularly like the smart mode that adjust the fan speed as needed, and it’s a perfect companion to my upstairs entertainment receiver.

> 24 hourGreat product so far. I have only had it a few days but it is keeping my SR7009 very cool. Had issues with overheating before I purchased the aircom S8 but now it is cool to the touch. I keep it in smart mode so it comes on as needed.

> 24 hourI had used a cheap cooling fan for my AVR and wanted to get something more substantial. I have a 19 rack mounted through the wall into my dedicated home theater, with the back opening up into a storage room. The rear exhaust model was just what I needed.

> 24 hourWhat a great idea! An aftermarket fan designed specifically for home theater receivers and different cabinet configurations. It does its job really well, but I find anything above fan level 2 a bit too noisy for me (clearly audible during quiet passages). On the other hand, level 2 does a very fine job of keeping the receiver cool so I never need to use the higher fan levels.

> 24 hourI have 2 7-channel amps. They are poorly spaced, inside a cabinet. For 2 years Ive had to open the cabinets while they are in use and even then they get too hot to touch. I finally put one of these cooler units on each amp and set them both to smart mode with the medium fan setting. After having the amps blasting for 3 hours straight with the cabinet closed I went over and felt them... both cold to the touch. I couldnt believe it.

> 24 hourIt works great. The perfect solution. Maybe adding a trigger so turning on a receiver would turn on the fan would be useful.
