Its good for working on mobile site during the pandemic.

Last years model literally died so I bought this as a replacement. June 21 2021. Time of death 3/7/22 8am. The diameter of the charging plug is much smaller than the previous model, and is designed very poorly. It wobbles and falls out with very little movement. Im not feeling confident that this is going to last but hate to return after finally migrating all my stuff. Hopefully a replacement cord is available because this one sucks. The replacement cord also FAILED and the laptop is dead LESS THAN A YEAR OF DATE OF MANUFACTURING. DO NOT BUY ACER PRODUCT EVER AGAIN.

This is a perfect computer for small business use.

Literally one day after the 30 day warranty, the laptop wouldnt turn on. Did all the troubleshooting and called their customer service and they did more but still doesnt work. They offer a long process of mailing it to their repair place in Texas.... not worth it

So it’s only able to carry 16 GBs in the mother board meaning it narrows the amount of games you can get so don’t get this for gaming if you want the more complex games with more FPS but for simpler games like Minecraft. Also something to note, it doesn’t have touchscreen. Screen is pretty big and nice to watch things on. For what it’s worth, definitely something to look into

If i would of known about this product ? I would of Bought it years ago, Fast / light /great battery life/ no Touch screen ( i dont need it) an Excellent product ... psst inexpensive too !!

Low cost. Good quality. Must get out of S mode (easy to do-just Googled it). Can’t give it 5 because it’s only 2 months old. Time will tell but good price point.

Excelente producto, nada malo que decir, le actualice la memoria a 12gb y le puse un hdd como segundo disco, el equipo es super rapido. La tapa es de aluminio lo que le da un look premiun.
