Greater than one weekI like the fast start up and processing times. Works really well. Dont like the small storage space, will need to look into an upgrade. Dont like the Caps lock key that has no light on it. There is no way to tell if you have the Caps on or off. Maybe there is something broken.

> 3 dayRead carefully, as other 1 star reviews say this runs Microsoft s. You won’t be able to use it like a normal computer. This version is designed to be used in the classroom for children. For a fee you can pay Microsoft to unlock the features of a normal computer. It doesn’t say that in the description does it? You can’t even use this computer without first signing up and logging in to your Microsoft account. No thanks. I’ll buy something else instead. Luckily Amazon let me return it.

> 3 dayIt came with 4gb ram and 128 gb of storage. That was less than I wanted, but planned to up those values right away. I got the laptop about a week ago. Added 4gb ram and 256gb storage. Both were a piece of cake to install and inexpensive on Amazon. Thats all the memory Ill need. My only complaint is with the touch pad. I find it to be to touch sensitive even with the touch sensitivity at its lowest level. But Ill probably get used to it with time. The lighted keyboard and number pad is a plus. the last laptop I had wasnt lighted. That was a pain in a dimly lit room. I dont use the finger print reader, so cant comment on it.

> 3 dayI got this product for teaching online from home. It handles everything well. I conduct Zoom classes, edit documents, edit photos, etc. It doesn’t lag at all. Great product especially for the price.
