I purchased this computer and had it setup and running for 1 day. It worked well. The second day it had an update and all hell broke loose. It quit working and locked up and nothing will fix it. I contacted Amazon and they replaced it. I used this one for about 2 days and the exact same thing happened. I felt guilty about contacting them again and having the same problem and just let it set. But, it thouroghly pisses me off that I spent $369 for a piece of equipment I cant use. Im a senior on a fixed income. What a waste of money. This was not my first Acer computer. It was my 4th and I never had a problem with any of the others, never again.

My grandma got me this laptop and I really like it. It has a sleek design and if feels tough. I really love the fingerprint sensor because I can unlock it in a second. It boots up fast with the ssd but too bad it’s only 128gb. I wish it had more than 4gb of RAM but I’ll probably end up upgrading it in the future since there is an open slot along with putting a secondary hdd in there. The battery life is pretty good on it. Really the only thing I don’t like is there isn’t a light for the caps lock, number lock, and scroll lock. Other than that, it’s a pretty nice computer!

Extremely superfast, value for money came along with a 2.5 inch hard case which i use to upgrade my old hard disk. In addition inserted 16gb ram and inserted 1tb m.2

WRITERS! Good machine to try and have for just writing. YOU WILL NEED A PERFORMANCE UPGRADE IMMEDIATELY. Buy an 8gb or 16gb stick along with it. Scrivener + Word + Dropbox.

What a headache this laptop is. Please trust the low star reviews! Avoid this! If you get it, make sure you are backing up ALL of your files consistently. After a year and a few months of having this laptop, the screen went black. I tried everything to figure out why and what I can do to fix it, with no luck. Luckily, I could still use it by connecting to my TV via HDMI. But now the HDMI port is going out. Soon, I fear, everything will not function anymore. Luckily, we did not have anything important or irreplaceable on the laptop. Do yourself a favor and avoid a massive headache. Go buy a different laptop. Its not worth it. You clearly get what you pay for. Crap.

I purchased this laptop for School purposes on in July 2021, however I went on a break because of the pandemic and having to home school my kids, so I have basically being usingbit only to check my mail and watch Netflix and you tube. I should have realized there was an issue when I tried to use it twice for Zoom meetings and even though I put the meeting codes in it would always revert to caps and so had to use another device. I decided to resume classes today and only to my shock when I started to type and made an error, the backspace key is not working, if I put the cursor in one spot it goes to another place. I have attempted to type an essay 3 times without ant luck. Worst purchase ever and now I am unable to return it....
