Over the years I’ve come to rely on the ACER quality and great Competitive products. Once again my laptop surpassed my expectations especially considering the price. I always feel I get more than my moneys worth with ACER laptops. Great computer, nice price. Added the extra 8M of RAM and couldn’t be happier with the speed! Very reliable company.

Last years model literally died so I bought this as a replacement. June 21 2021. Time of death 3/7/22 8am. The diameter of the charging plug is much smaller than the previous model, and is designed very poorly. It wobbles and falls out with very little movement. Im not feeling confident that this is going to last but hate to return after finally migrating all my stuff. Hopefully a replacement cord is available because this one sucks. The replacement cord also FAILED and the laptop is dead LESS THAN A YEAR OF DATE OF MANUFACTURING. DO NOT BUY ACER PRODUCT EVER AGAIN.

Fingerprint reader doesnt work very well. Lightweight and fast loading.

I got this for my b-day, and its a fantastic computer. It works great and is never laggy. I would recommend this to anyone!

I absolutely love this laptop. I have the 4gb ram, 128ssd, 3250u cpu, very fast sign in with fingerprint, built quality and keyboard is absolutely amazing. I 100 % approve this laptop especially for the price. These pictures definitely doesn’t do this laptop any justice.

Im so angry right now...

Bought this in August of 2021 and now I may have to replace it due to a few wierd things. First, the laptop beeps intermittently and I didnt know why at first. Then I figured out that the power cord doesnt stay fullin inserted and when it slips out a little bit, the beeping starts. I have to push it back in to stop it but the least movement will cause it to happen again. Also, the update feature never works. Not once have I found a system update this way. Have to go to support function to find BIOS and driver updates. Finally, it has started to run very hot and the fan will sometimes run full blast (very noisy) and it still doesnt cool off. Ive blown out and vacuumed out everywhere, even took the back off of it to clean and check the fan. Nothing works to remedy this problem. Looks like I may have to ditch it and get something else.
