Good laptop at a good price. I love the backlit keyboard.

Not as advertised. The screen is dull, washed out. The track pad is terrible. Buy something else.

Was what I wanted!

The only complaint I have is that after a year and a half of ownership, with the laptop rarely used, the battery only lasts about 90 minutes. That’s far less than what the brand advertises.

Have had this computer for 19 months and it has died!

I use this for basic tasks, internet surfing and streaming. Have not had any issues.

This Acer laptop was something I bought in late June 2021 as a backup. I opened the Amazon shipping box when it arrived but did not break the seal on the inner Acer box. I opened it tonight when I finally needed it and found that the laptop was wrapped securely with undamaged shipping materials, but had major crush damage to one side. It powers up but 50% of the screen is non-functional, the plastic housing around the hinges and the USB drive is warped and crushed, and the top and bottom of the laptop are misaligned. This is completely unusable.

fans can get a bit loud, but overall great laptop for the price.

Excellent screen picture quality and is easy to use.

Loved this laptop as a daily for 1.5 years...then the sound card blew up conveniently outside of warranty.
