I must say I am beyond disappointed. Purchased so my daughter can get online classes and the web came is not working! Camera light is coming on and the camera is not coming on!

The computer was fine for what I needed. The problem is when I downloaded a windows update the computer wouldn’t boot up. It was stuck in a loop. I called Acer and they walked me through a few potential fixes but nothing worked. I sent the computer back to Acer, when they received it they called me and said they weren’t going to even look at it to fix it because they could tell water was spilled on it. My only option was to buy another computer from them. I did not spill water on it and there was no issue with the computer until I downloaded the update. It was clearly a software issue. This excuse about the water was a way for Acer to get out of their warranty. I’ll never buy an Acer product again.

This Acer laptop was something I bought in late June 2021 as a backup. I opened the Amazon shipping box when it arrived but did not break the seal on the inner Acer box. I opened it tonight when I finally needed it and found that the laptop was wrapped securely with undamaged shipping materials, but had major crush damage to one side. It powers up but 50% of the screen is non-functional, the plastic housing around the hinges and the USB drive is warped and crushed, and the top and bottom of the laptop are misaligned. This is completely unusable.

It was easy to setup and does everything I need.

Light weight, fast, lighted keys. Only had it 3 weeks. No issues at all. Windows 10.

Ordered this laptop on Prime Day for my Uncle who had a super old laptop that wasnt performing well. The laptop he had was at least 8 years old, was super heavy (Toshiba Satellite), super slow to load and just wasnt performing as it should. My Uncle doesnt do a lot of processing on the laptop but uses it mostly for online browsing, bill pay etc. Hes not exactly computer savvy when it comes to a lot of things so I wanted to keep it as basic as possible.

This unit came with an unactivated version of windows. I cant change any settings unless I purchase an activated version of windows OS.

The mouse pad on this thing is so incredibly annoying. If you click in the bottom portion of the pad it opens a drop down menu. This feature is difficult to get used to. I really dislike it. The screen glitches out all the time too. Big black spots appear on the screen randomly all the time. Other than that I like the computer. Battery life is great. I charge at night and it lasts all day.

Bought this for my nephews 12 th birthday he just loves it!!

I purchased this to do a little work from home. Great for those apps and general browsing. Probably not for gamers or video editors but great for what I do
