I recently bought a pretty expensive hp pavillion PC, the screen looked so horrible and pixels where visible, maybe because I was use to my old chromebook. I bought this new chromebook and love it, the screen could be brighter but its its vibrant and the resolution is great. Easy to use, not like windows this works just like my android phone. I wanted a PC but I hate windows and mac so I chose a chromebook.

I’ll be honest. I’m not really a tech person so I won’t be able to give a technical analysis of this computer. I ordered this computer for my son for college. Although this wasn’t necessarily what he wanted he was fine with using it until he was able to get what he wanted.

Do not buy! This chromebook seems a good deal, but screen cracked under normal use in just a few months. Acer wants $399 to fix the glass. Robbery! Will not be buying any further Acer products.

This is a great computer. I can easily have 100+ tabs open and several Linux apps running. Speaking of Linux it installs quite easily and is very easy to learn how to use. The hard drive is 128 gigs in size. More than enough for me. I have not gone over 45%. The touch screen works great. I also really like the backlit lite on the keyboard.

Before I begin, you should be aware of what ChromeOS can and cannot do before buying any chromeOS device. This Acer computer definitely feels premium. The MicroSD card slot is certainly useful especially when switching user where you can still access files stored on the SD Card compare to the Pixelbook. If you do see a good sale on this laptop, its certainly worth it as the i5 has more than enough power for handling lots of tabs (at least 12 tabs or so with lots of multimedia on the website). Specs is confirmed as: i5 CPU, 128GB of storage and 8GB of ram.

The good: This is my 2nd Chromebook and this one has a lot more features!. As long as you have a gmail account, setup takes just a couple minutes. This will automatically power on when opened, even when it is shut off from the last time. All programs are app based and so this requires WiFi. The screen can be flipped completely and used as a tablet. Hitting the keys, didnt seem to cause any issues in tablet mode. As a laptop, the touchscreen still functions. I hooked up an external mouse and it automatically recognized it, with no wait time! Google has tons of apps that can be added. Everything is stored via the cloud, which keeps this computer really fast as nothing needs to load. Google constantly is doing upgrades, so this will work at its total potential. The keyboard lights up and since there are no moving parts, battery life is quite good. This can be charged connecting to a USB C or via an outlet with the included cord.

Very limited laptop with closed features. If youre only going to use it for very simple things or to draw then its fine; but it has been a terrible experience for me. I will not be buying a chromebook ever again.

its not that great in the shape of a tent, the sound comes out the bottom it stands on, now that i have speakers, i will probably use it that way more.

Ive had this lap top for roughly ten days, and there is already a pixel out on the screen. The visible white dot is very hard not to notice. Disappointed
