Bought 2 units, first did not work out of the box, Charging / AC light was not lit, was unable to get power to the unit. Unit 2 worked for 3 hours, however when we tried to reconnect to the power cable to charge the laptop there was no power indicator.

For a laptop this small and lightweight, I’m surprised at the performance it carries. What an incredible piece of tech!

Thing was broken, doesn’t turn on at all give me my money back

So I seen a lot of people complaining about dead on arrival units, the battery ships completely dead. I was confused why it wasnt turning on or charging, a quick search on YouTube. The simple solution is to plug in the charger more til you hear a click. Then youre good to go!! Amazing laptop!
