Came in a package with no fragile label nor any protective packaging. Computer doesnt turn on nor does the light turn on when plugged in.

After paying a chunk of money for this laptop, yould think that it would be well protected for shipping with something more than one sheet of paper. Look at the size of that shipping box! Sure hope it works...

Buyer beware! Screen/graphics card starting showing distortion on the display about 3 weeks after the warranty period was over. My previous laptop went for 10 years before lightning destroyed it. This one barely made it a year, which is abysmal.

I got sent not one, but TWO laptops back to back that did not work. Save yourself the trouble, buy elsewhere. Horrible product.

The screen quality is fair and it’s nice to watch shows and movies on, but for gaming I don’t get more than 25 frames sometimes. Sometimes when my frames are okay around 60 fps, and I try to stream it drops 30 frames ;-; these are my frames on valorant usually they’re a bit higher for league but they’re not as important on league in my opinion. Heats up pretty quickly so I have to turn the nitro fan to max (I’ve only had it for about 7 months). It dies pretty quickly without the charger; around 2 hours and that’s if you keep the brightness all the way down to save battery and have battery saver on. I think the frames are lower also if you don’t have it plugged in. It took me a while to figure out how to turn it on bc it has two notches when charging it so you have to really shove the charger in until you hear two clicks.

Estoy muy feliz con la compra, soy un usuario normal de juegos, así que esta notebook corre sin problemas la mayoría de juegos a Full HD 60 FPS.

For a budget gaming laptop, this Acer Nitro 5 has good enough specs, the Core i5 and the RTX 3050 are sufficient. The problem and its a big one, is the display. The image on this laptop is AWFUL. No matter how much I tried to calibrate the colors, it looks bad. The colors are washed and the screen is dim. whether its game or a movie this screen wont do it justice. Too bad because I like many other aspects of this laptop like the relatively long battery life and the red-colored keyboard. I find myself playing more on my 2 years old Legion 5 which looks way better than this newer Acer Nitro 5. Even for under $1000, you can get something better.

79 processes and 41% of the ram out of the box. Not going to be doing much gaming with this mess.

Works great even better than expected however the stoa rage isn’t amazing that is expected with what I ordered and it’s amazingly customizable for storage and ect. The computer does get really hot sometimes when playing but the fans help cool it down well. Amazing computer highly recommended!
