Very Satisfied

I don’t know what could be possibly wrong with it or if I’m not doing something right . I just opened up this new laptop out of the box and it won’t turn on nor will it charge . Can anyone help me please ?

Goodness. I ordered one of these laptops, only to have it arrive and find it has a defective charging port (I noticed it, and a representative at Best Buy confirmed), there was a bent prong in the port. I talked to an Amazon rep, and they sent me a replacement. Having gotten now a 2nd laptop with the same defect, I can confidently say to STAY AWAY from this. I was really looking forward to using this laptop, and even used my free trial of Amazon prime Id been saving so I could get it over my vacation from work. Having gotten two defective laptops just killed that for me.

Was recommended this gaming laptop months ago, so when it went on sale it was a must purchase for me. So far it’s met every expectation, has run every game in my Steam collection without a problem.

Tengo la computadora 4 meses aproximadamente. Para el precio de compra las especificaciones son buenas, compre la version mas basica que comprende un i5, 250 gb nvme, 8 gb de ram y RTX 3050. Adicional a ello le compre 16 Gb de ram en dos Dim de marca Gskill y la cambie por el modulo que viene de fabrica. Los materiales de fabricacion son un 7.5/10, el touch pad es pesimo, lo peor es la camara de pesima calidad y los parlantes no suenan nada. Finalmente la bateria no dura si la utilizas para trabajar, en mi casa arquitectura, lo maximo que me a durado son 3 horas, el resto de tiempo debe estar 100% conectada.

Dont waste your money buying this laptop. Bought this computer for my sons birthday a couple months ago. The screen started glitching and turn black. The lcd cable needs to be changed. Waste of money.

Is a fine computer , is not the best but is good enough.

My son loves it I got it before the price went out of hand it was a good value
