It doesnt connect to external devices, super slow and terrible quality.

Supposed to be a gift for my gf. Got 1 and didnt power up. Got a replacement. SAME ISSUE. QC is awful on this produce

The unit arrived dead. Plugged in the AC adapter firmly, checked cords, (we had a second AC adapter of the same specs). Power lights never lit up and the unit would not turn on.

I got this because Acer told me this was compatible with Oculus 2. When I received it, it was not compatible. When I contacted Acer support. Support told me I needed to purchase a model with 32MB memory. Sales tells you one thing, support tells you another. I got the better model at $1400. That one did not work either.

I was so excited for my new laptop just for it to arrive in perfect condition but not work. Like, at all. It wouldnt charge or turn on.

Espectacular maquina, muy facil el aumentar la ram y añadir el disco duro, viene con un M.2, por lo que solo queda una ranura M.2 y la de disco duro libre, extremadamente facil de instalar ambas opciones, los juegos corren genial, la gran mayoria van de los 70 hacia arriba, unico problemilla que es obvio, la letra Ñ es complicada de encontrar jajaj, pero todo lo demas, increible.

This was the first gaming computer I ever bought, so I had no idea that the plugs were different from regular computers. When I first plugged it in and tried to turn it on, nothing happened. I thought I got a bum computer! I called the number on the package and was told that gaming computers have different plugs than standard computers, and that I had to push the plug into the back of the computer all the way until I heard a click. I thought I had, but when I pushed on it again I heard the click and it started right up.

My son loves it I got it before the price went out of hand it was a good value

It did not work on arrival had to clean power terminal. Than 3 months in stopped working completely had to send it back for fix. When it worked a nice laptop. For price though not a great machine should work out of box and for years not a few months.
