This is the laptop to get if you want to game on a moderately sized portable laptop and don’t mind opening up the laptop to upgrade it.

For a laptop this small and lightweight, I’m surprised at the performance it carries. What an incredible piece of tech!

Didnt charge. Couldnt get a replacement. Returned.

Goodness. I ordered one of these laptops, only to have it arrive and find it has a defective charging port (I noticed it, and a representative at Best Buy confirmed), there was a bent prong in the port. I talked to an Amazon rep, and they sent me a replacement. Having gotten now a 2nd laptop with the same defect, I can confidently say to STAY AWAY from this. I was really looking forward to using this laptop, and even used my free trial of Amazon prime Id been saving so I could get it over my vacation from work. Having gotten two defective laptops just killed that for me.

As many others have stated, this product arrived dead. I will not deal with Acer and risk more terrible quality control. You can see it’s plugged into to laptop and wall and doesn’t receive power. Who’s to say if it’s the cord, or the laptop itself. It’s a problem that’s been reported enough to not still be sold to consumers.

So i bought this for gaming because it says gaming laptop. I downloaded valorant and it started lagging i was shocked because it was rtx.

No tiene mucha memoria

So, I got this laptop so I could start pc gaming for the first time, and I love it so far. However, the first day of having it, Ive noticed that the charging indicator would flash orange nonstop after a full. Ive tried calibrating the battery(No flash for 2 days), battery resetting(No flash for 10 hours), unplugging the battery(No change). None of these things would get that darn light to stop flashing. So, to remedy this issue, Ive changed the battery. Low and behold, it never has flashed orange since. First thing I recommend with this laptop is change the battery ASAP for two reasons. 1. The battery life isnt very long. 2. Prevent that issue that I ran into when buying mine.(plus it lasts 4 hours longer than the one it came with.)

Almost bought glad I saw the reviews. Ive never seen so many one star reviews in my life within a calendar year.
