Took and it out of the box and it was doa. So sent it back

Save yourself the time and buy something else. I thought Id try my luck against the reviews. Sadly they proved to be correct. Dont buy.

Powerful Laptop, great for gaming and Adobe softwares, BUT if youre going to do color correction, you definitely need a external monitor with a good RGB amount.

It is half the price for the same machine.

I thought it was dead on arrival, but you have to really pay attention to how you plug it the port in the back. There is an extra pin that clicks when you push a little harder. I learned this after a mild panic attack and much research.

So far the product has worked well however the power adaptor needs to be inserted and pushed all the way in and flush with the back of the laptop. The images in the user manual are not accurate and thus can make the initial set up confusing . Before you return it please see if your ac adapter is pushed in all the way, May help!

Didnt charge. Couldnt get a replacement. Returned.

I needed a new laptop with the basics but my 14-year-old son wanted something to play games on. this had great reviews as a great value for the money for gaming. It was very easy to set up and Has good screen quality. He was gaming within an hour of turning it on. So far so good!

Main issue is screen display all the way turned down while playing a card game, I’m lucky if the battery even lasts two hours! Disappointed about battery life mainly! Sucks having it plugged in all the time!
