Were all PC gamers in this family! We have always used desktops, though, so I was skeptical about how this laptop would fare as my kiddos first computer. It has done well! She is able to play the games she likes—Stardew Valley, Minecraft, Subnautica, and Heroes of the Storm for the most part—with no issues at all. I didnt know when I purchased it that it would also be her primary learning device when school came back around (thanks COVID!) but it has served us well on that front, too.

I got this about a week and a half ago, it worked amazing, even better than I expected, but after a few days, it started performing worse, it was doing whatever I wanted it to, like recording games at full HD quality, and it has just gone down hill since, I dont know why, its not overheating, I even got it a cooling pad, it first benchmarked 69th percentile three days ago, and today it benched 44th percentile, Im really confused and wouldnt really recommend this to anyone, and if it keeps dropping in performance I want my money back and ill buy a desktop.

Performance is on point for the specs, weight is light, battery life is okay but if youre playing games it should probably be plugged in, It runs somewhat loud and hot when the GPU is in use. Ive only had a year of use so far.

I was initially pleased with this purchase, however, after 9 months the hard drive died. It was under warranty and I had to go through hoops to send it away and get it fixed. Came back totally wiped, which I expected, but not that I would need to re purchase Microsoft office suite. Even when logging in with my Microsoft ID. Doing myself a favor, switching to apple.

Sadly, this computer has stopped working. We have tried everything to fix the problem. Our warranty has expired. For something that costs as much as this computer did, and for what it was used for, it hasnt lasted long. Very disappointed with this product.

I love this laptop, I play Sims 4 on it, I’ll do the advanced games later. Only negative thing is the shotty battery , I timed it from 100% down to 10% when the low battery Signal would come on, it lasted only an hour and 54 minutes, for a laptop that cost a total of $730 I would expect a way better battery life at least eight hours worth. But so far that is my only discrepancy.

super rapida, comoda y se le puede hacer un upgrade. La bateria no dura mucho mientras juegas pero es algo que se puede entender.

Awesome computer... Already upgraded, installing two m.2 SSDs and a 2.5 SSD giving me 6Tb of onboard storage.

La computadora llegó en excelentes condiciones. No tengo ninguna queja. Recomendado.
