Its an ok laptop for the price point. Two months after the warranty expired it overheated, went to black screen and now wont turn on or charge. Acer doesnt offer any support after the 1 year warranty other than community support. Forums are pretty useless. Over all its a D- for longevity.

The laptop is great for gaming. The only issue I have is the battery life. Other than that it’s a great laptop!

Now I really only play Sims 4 and Stardew Valley so I can’t give EXPERT advice regarding games like GTA or anything but.. Sims 4, I have A LOT of expansion packs, kits, stuff packs, etc as well as at least 1k worth of mods/cc. My previous laptops used to run so slow even after having about 100 mods/cc along with all the game stuff I bought. This laptop runs PERFECTLY with all of this. Keeping in mind, I have a couple other games and then obviously Steam, Discord and Origin. The battery life has been wonderful. I can play hours without it dying. It doesn’t overheat. It doesn’t crash. It runs smoothly. Overall it’s the best laptop I’ve had. I prefer it over my macbook. And my boyfriend is an Xbox gamer, and even he is jealous of my laptop. He loves it too.

Never had such an amazing gaming machine. The Acer Nitro 5 is truly powerful and portable. It easily handled every game that I tried with the highest video settings. The IPS display is great, the keyboard and the touchpad feel really good, and the overall design of the laptop is slick! This is the best product you can find for the price. In addition, the laptops offers a lot of upgradability which is also a huge plus.

Great laptop, great performance, nice features, everything is great except one thing, the keyboard is absolutely horrendous. The keys dont stick out very high which wouldnt be a problem if the keys were responsive but they are absolutely not, opposite from it. Ive included a video showing what I mean. Some presses wont register and you have to press really hard for all presses to register. I find that very annoying. I dont know if its the unit I got or if all of them have the same issue.

i love this so much! i ordered this when the sale was going on so it was the perfect opportunity and i’m soo happy i chose those laptop. the battery is ok and will last around 2 1/2 to 3 hours high is good depending on the game you play. as a pretty avid minecraft player i’d say the batter is sufficient. would definitely recommend!!

Calificó con cuatro estrellas porque al llegar el paquete, estabá muy suelta la caja de la paqueteria, aún que la caja de la computadora esta protegida con soporte, paquetería la colocó en una caja muy grande y sin ninguna protección para que no se golpease la computadora.

Not a problem for me that it dosent have a disc drive but someone problobly whants to know

Es una muy buena computadora a un excelente precio, la recomiendo mucho, los juegos los corre muy bien y sin ningún problema, llegó muy rápido y seguro. Muy bien por Amazon!

Nice laptop. Kinda nice quality for new. Never had a issue as long as you run updates. So far so good. Maximum graphics on skyrim spcial edition, mortal kombat and sins of a solar empire rebellion. Ill update for any changes. Im a computer technician. Good buy for the price.
