> 3 dayThe laptop was defective out of the box. The audio does not work and only produces a clicking like noise and no other sound. Spoke with the tech support and they said I had to send it in for repair and did not offer full refund even though they’re at fault.

> 3 dayWith the new NV card and 11th Gen CPU released, it is reasonable that the price of this gaming laptop drops in price. At this price level, this gaming laptop can do the work for most games excluding some most advanced 3A games. I bought it for my nephew and he loved it!

> 3 dayI like the laptop very much and planned to buy it for my son’s Christmas gift, but the price just keep on increasing and I start to think if there is other options. I have decided to just build a pc since it is cheaper and have a better performance anyway. I am leaving a comment to remind the buyers to see if the price keep on increasing then just buy the i7 one instead. The i7-9750h (way faster cpu) come with gpu rxt 2060 (bang on the money) and 16 go of ddr4 ram (no upgrade needed.) Only thing is to add another ssd or hhd (2tb recommended.) Hope if this help!

Greater than one weekDont believe a word these other reviews are saying. I dunno what sorcery they pulled to wring a good experience out of this thing, but Ive been stuck with it for four years and Ive never hated a machine more. After only a few months, the laptop generally slowed down a ton and I started getting random frame drops in games I previously had no trouble running (such as Team Fortress 2, a game from 2007). Things only continued to get worse to the point that now a few tabs of Chrome are enough to bring this absolute clunker to its knees. It also loves to lock up for no apparent reason and it can sometimes last for minutes on end, which is lovely for a $600 gaming laptop. The hardware itself isnt very good, either; my CPU fan randomly started making these repulsive grinding noises a few months ago, which makes using it out in public basically impossible (though the sub-hour battery life didnt help to begin with). Im amazed this thing hasnt exploded yet, quite frankly.

> 3 dayMuy buena laptop, superando cualquier expectativa. Lo más importante son las ranuras de expansión para SSD NVME y disco duro SATA.

> 3 dayIt runs all my games smoothly but the battery life is on the lower end(about 4 1/2 hours of battery life on the lowest setting). Overall this is still a good laptop.
