This was a great laptop until it started getting hardware blue screens literally the week after the support/warranty expired. Now it wont turn on at all. Narrowed down to either the processor or graphics card faulty. Such a shame because it did run well and I was recommending Acer to friends before it went belly up.

Far superior to any other laptop or desktop Ive had previously. My fiance and I both purchased one of these and he has managed to download many large games and everything runs beautifully. We can play with out lag, WoW and skyrim as well as various other games. I have WoW and design space on my laptop and I can flip between the two without any issues. It hooked up to my printer and cricut without a hitch. I love this laptop

Simplemente recibes lo que pagas. Muy buena laptop gaming es la mejor laptop que he tenido hasta el momento. muy rapida, te podría funcionar para todo. Aunque te exhortó. Que si de verdad quieres apreciar los gráficos 4k, con este dinerito compres una de mesa, asi podras tener mas colores y major calidad. Sabes que no es lo mismo una grafica dedicada en laptop que una verdadera tarjeta fisica.

I intended to use this computer for streaming. It was working fine until day 3 of it being opened I noticed my computer shut down due to low battery. But it was plugged in. So yes this computer has am amazing output but I rate it so low because Im assuming its a faulty defective product from the factory. But Im still not impressed 986$ after taxes and It practically dies on day 3 with next to nothing done with it? Not impressed. The computer was running perfectly fine up until it decided the charger was screwed or the battery. Tried multiple fix attempts without ripping anything apart and came up with nothing. Do not waste your money on this. Acer support was absolutely no help at all either.

It’s a slim computer. Visually it’s great. Screen quality is perfect

I could go on forever about how awful this laptop is. But the bottom line is that IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO ACTUALLY PLAY GAMES YOU NEED STORAGE. THIS LAPTOP HAS NONE. NONE. And the reason I say none is because I seriously could only download 1 game. That’s it. That’s all. 1 game. Doesn’t run great, nothing special at all. If you’re going to blow this much money DO NOT WASTE IT ON THIS. You could buy a non gaming laptop for waaaay cheaper that would even run better than this and you could download most likely all the games you want with no issues.....please PLEASE take my advice and don’t buy this laptop ITS NOT WORTH IT!!

Incredibly good laptop for its price

Trying to contact seller as the audio jack is not working. This completely defeats the usefulness of this computer when the audio isnt reliable and using earbuds or headset doesnt work. The laptop has been set up on a desk and not carried around (though it should be able to be moved around) and now the audio is finicky and the audio jack doesnt work at all. :( Its only been used for a few months!
