Love the laptop and it’s great for gaming but wish it came with more Ram and more storage

I take back what I said about this computer. Honestly the warranty it comes with makes up for the small flaws and for the price now, to me it’s more then worth it.

I use this laptop for gaming and for ArcMap software and it definitely works! The graphics are great, the battery life lasts for about 6 to 7 hours I think which Im fine with. I am definitely buying this laptop again or another ACER laptop in the future. I now trust Acer!

completely garbage, camera stoped working the first day using.

I love this laptop, I play Sims 4 on it, I’ll do the advanced games later. Only negative thing is the shotty battery , I timed it from 100% down to 10% when the low battery Signal would come on, it lasted only an hour and 54 minutes, for a laptop that cost a total of $730 I would expect a way better battery life at least eight hours worth. But so far that is my only discrepancy.

We use this primarily for Steam games, and its been an excellent investment. It can run all of the games we want really smoothly, no lag, and the screen is beautiful. Its responsive and it looks nice. The battery life isnt great, and the battery pack gets hot if you have it plugged in while youre playing. Also the laptop itself runs hot while youre playing, so the fan gets loud. For the price, though, and the performance, those are minor things to me.

Es un equipo con un excelente rendimiento, está listo para usarse en menos de 5 segundos gracias a su disco SSD M.2 NVME y abre cualquier aplicación rápidamente. En cuanto a juegos, la Nvidia GTX 1650 de 4 GB que trae es la más básica de su serie pero esto no significa que su rendimiento sea malo, es capaz de correr cualquier juego reciente mínimo a 40 fps o mas en calidad alta o ultra en 1080p (depende mucho del juego, lo normal son al menos 60 fps), recomiendo tener actualizados los drivers. El almacenamiento que trae lo considero un poco escaso (234 GB al encenderla por primera vez) para ser una laptop para jugar, pero tiene la ventaja de poder agregar otro SSD M.2 y un disco/SSD SATA3 (incluye el adaptador y los tornillos). La memoria RAM es de 8 GB 2666 MHz y se puede expandir hasta 32 GB (tiene 2 ranuras que soportan 16 GB cada una), para jugar mejor, recomendaría comprar otro módulo de 8 GB. Es un equipo que a pesar de ser completamente de plástico no se siente frágil y para ser una laptop para jugar, no es muy grande ni muy pesada. En general, por su precio inferior a otras marcas, su potencia y capacidades de expansión es excelente. Si pudiera volver a comprarla, no lo dudaría ni un instante.

Got this for my daughter who recently got into gaming. Perfect for her for a starter computer.

I love the laptop and it works great but it crashes every time I try to play minecraft and watch a video on YouTube and I dont know why it is doing that but I have tried to find out what could be causing it to crash but so far I havent found anything
