I love this computer! I am not a huge gamer but it is perfect for what I use it for.

Started having issues 4 months in with it shutting itself down. Now it wont even read the battery and can only get it on while plugged in but gaming is definitely out of the question. Best part is the warranty by Acer expired the same month I bought it so I spent over a grand for a broken product that lasted long enough to be out of the Amazon warranty.

This computer is fast! Love the boot up time and it could manage pretty much all the games that I loved to play, Dark Souls series, Nioh, Witcher etc. However, over the last 3 months Ive had terrible problems with overheating. Luckily I purchased an extended warranty and have been able to get the local Acer reps to try and help but as yet weve been unable to get temps, whilst gaming, down to regular levels. At present temps can reach 97 degrees for both the CPU & the GPU. Ive replaced the fans, replaced the thermal pasting, replaced the mother board but as yet nothing can bring down the temps. This affects the FPS rate on my games and the ones I mentioned earlier are now unplayable as the FPS rate has dropped to untenable levels. Ive had it for almost 2 years and in retrospect its given me more trouble than any other computer Ive had. Saying that its super fast and pretty cheap for the performance you can get. Maybe Ive been one of the unlucky ones but I do know that many have complained about the overheating issue. Its like putting a rocket engine in a Lada!

Gets hot easily, but very great graphics. Overwatch is a recommended game to play on this laptop.

The hdmi port uses the integrated graphics, so the laptop will not work for VR as it states in the description. I feel like I have been lied to and deceived by Acer, and unfortunately I cannot get a refund on the product due to Amazons return policies. Using the laptop for non-vr uses has been pleasant, disregarding the insane temperatures of the CPU and GPU.

laptop works fine, runs everything in good quality, only down side is the heating issue, but it can be fix with undervolting the cpu and gpu using throttlestop app, look for instruction on youtube, went from 90 degrees celsius to 60 while gaming

We bought this product a year ago and my wife told me that the front edge of this laptop will shock you. My son makes sure he wears a hoodie so he doesnt shocked. I was unaware of the problem until a few days ago. I dont think its safe for him to use it. For the cost of this laptop Im very disappointed
