So the laptop seemed fine for a short time of course it didnt start having issues till after my 30day return window. I have tried to get help with Acer. Apparently my 1year warranty expired within less than 30 days of owning the laptop & they want to charge me to have it looked at. I have been told its normal for the laptop to get hot. So 90+C is normal. It gets so hot it feels like im burning my fingers when i touch the laptop. I am upset i just wasted so much money i didnt have on Two laptops for gaming and they cant handle any game without getting insanely hot. Windows has also crashed on both laptops multiple times the one laptop started making a grinding noise and refused to turn back on. I bought two of these laptops around the same time so i didnt know they would do this. The other one some how has its warranty still but the other doesnt. (the one that says it has a warranty still they are repairing lets see if that works.) I just wish i could get my money back and get something better that doesnt over heat, Freeze up, and crash.

This thing is a beast straight out of the box, and with some upgrading will get even better! All gaming PCs as powerful as this one are going to get hot.. deal with it, or buy a less powerful machine

Ive had Acer laptops for over a decade. Theyve served me well. This is no different. Its fast, reliable. Expansion slot is very convenient. 5/5 Would buy again.

If youre looking for a great budget gaming laptop this is it. Not a bad workstation either if you dont mind the aesthetics.

While playing Paladins I didnt really notice the difference between this 144Hrtz and the 60Hrtz. The laptop gets real hot even with a laptop cooling pad. There has been a lot of times where the laptop would start lagging real bad while playing a game to a point to where it would actually freeze the screen and cause the game to crash. The laptop crashed several times on different occasions and after a while its just not worth the money.

Todo excelente con este equipo. Nada mas no se si es mi idea pero el touchpad comenzó a levantarse. Me gustaria saber si alguien que la haya comprado tiene el mismo detalle, para saber si es normal.

Looks great will write a follow up if I have further problems or outstanding praise. Right out of the box it would not boot up. After plugging in and pressing the power button, the screen would blink and I would hear the fan cycle. Blank screen. After some research I found the solution. Had to reseat the RAM cards. Now it powered on and Im setting it up. Hope this helps if someone else has a similar problem. Frustrating that it came to me not functional.
