> 24 hourFinally, after 8 years of being out in New Jersey weather, the original unit failed. The inside wires from the circuit board corroded off, I believe because of the battery leaking. Purchased this one to replace the original one, and it is working perfectly. For some reason I needed to switch the default setting of C on the ABC switch to B, to get it to connect to the display unit. The failed unit was on C. Definitely recommend this replacement. A heck of a lot cheaper than purchasing a whole new setup.

> 24 hourI bought a replacement outdoor sensor. My previous one worked for 3 years before malfunctioning. The replacement will not match my indoor sensor temp (even after restarting both units). One of them is off by 2 degrees. 2 degrees is not huge, but Im here for accuracy so Im a little disappointed. In the future, I will try a different brand instead of replacing the sensor again.

> 24 hourOutside temp on my Indoor / Outdoor Thermometer was wonky. Worked sort of and often looked like the batteries were dying though they were new. So just planned to buy a new I/O Thermometer. Didnt find any I liked as much as the one I have. Then I found this sensor replacement. Outside temp & humidity are back with no issues. Hopefully good for another 5 years or so, and at about 1/4 the cost.

> 24 hourI bought this to replace the exact same sensor that originally came with my AcuRite weather station. The sensor that came with my weather staton was constantly losing connection. I tried everything numerous times, such as replacing the batteries, resetting its base station, changing locations many times, etc. Nothing worked. Since I have been using the new sensor, everything is working fine once again, and the sensor is no longer losing contact with the base station. I was quite disappointed that the original sensor only lasted two years before having to be replaced.

> 24 hourThis worked well with the indoor unit I purchased six years ago. I had placed the original outdoor sensor in a location that was not protected from weather so it needed to be replaced. My bad but nice to have it working again.
