OK I bought this computer for my business because I wanted a computer with liquid cooling. It sounds crazy but over time, dust an lint around my home block the cooling fins and cause my microprocessors to fail from heat. Since it has a screaming video card, I tried Star Citizen on it, which I have never been able to play, and it works perfectly. So all in all, I am very happy with this computer. Also Win11 was very easy to transfer all my old programs and files over. I only spent about 1 day in computer hell getting everything up and running.

I bought this R14 box NOT because I wanted it for gaming, although it does that VERY well, but primarily because I needed it for post processing of large photo images. A system I built for myself sometime ago died an ugly death and I decided to buy a system rather than build one, especially since parts arent easy to get. Ive used Linux (OpenSuse) rather than MickySoft for years, and tried to install that replacing the Bloze 11 that was on the R14. OpenSuse didnt like the Ethernet card that is in the R14 so I installed Ubuntu with a bunch of add-ons. Ubuntu doesnt like to play with the Ethernet well either however, I was able to add my wireless modem. The R14 is not only very fast on the Net, but EXTREMELY quick in handling large photos, which I keep in the tiff format using The Gimp. My only complaint is that theres no way to control (read that change) the LEDS on/in the R14 as Dell didnt put that in firmware but software and there isnt a Linux app. to do that.

Windows 11 keeps crashing, while the computer is idling. The Blue Screen appears, offering me many options, including re-installing Windows 11 and losing all installed programs and data. After determining that the problem was not caused by hardware (I told them), Alienware (Dell Computers) offered to help me with the software problem at $99 a session. Should have built from scratch, like I did my last machine 16 years ago. Will not buy another Alienware or Dell unit.

Product mainly used for simulation gaming in particular MSFS 2020 Premium Deluxe. The computer was easy to setup and it is super fast. Price was a little high but it was worth it. I highly recommend this product.

I was extremely excited to receive my new PC, plugged it in and no inputs were reading through the motherboard, graphics card or front inputs. I called Alienware support via Dell and they were less than useful. Got redirected 7 times to overseas support that had no idea what a graphics card even was so I had to call a friend that happened to know more than the people that get paid to do this. After all that the fix turned out to not be terrible. I just had to move the ram around (It had gotten loose in shipping) and factory restart the power supply and the PC runs like a dream. Very happy with the gaming experience so far.

Love this pc. Only real problem I had was when I plugged pc in, it sounded like a jet engine! I thought I had a bad fan or power supply. Long story short, I had to open it up and discovered a cord was touching graphics card fan. Once I moved it, it was quiet as a church mouse. One other issue is the alienware command center. It was supposed to update all drivers. I Prichard pc in May updated, and noticed the video card driver was from March. How tho?? Otherwise great pc. These issues werent enough to deduct star. Highly recommend
