> 3 dayThe PC is good. Windows 11 Home is crap, and it should come with professional or workstation model. And, the PC keep making the click/switch noise after every few minutes even if youre not working.

> 3 dayBeautiful design and gaming features galore - and problems started the first day. The most irritating was Windows wouldnt always load. Id get the error message: Recovery, it looks like Windows didnt load correctly. Tried startup repair, got the message Startup repair couldnt repair your PC. In addition it would randomly power up for a few seconds in sleep mode, then power down again. It also wouldnt restart when updating drivers, and when gaming would freeze occasionally. I liked the PC so I spent an hour on the phone with Dell support. Checked multiple solutions, then had me do a system reset. If that didnt work (which it didnt), he wanted me to buy a 16gig USB stick, do a complete wipe, and download from the internet. I didnt spend that kind of money to also have to spend additional time and money on trying to make it work properly - sent it back.

03-04-2025I purchased a used version from Amazon as Acceptable. It runs fine, but came with some nice Chinese Malware on it. Always run updated Defender in safe mode and wouldnt hurt to run Malwarebytes, but most importantly, always reinstall Windows yourself after getting pre-built systems.

Greater than one weekI bought this PC (RTX 3080, Liquid Water Cooled Ryzen 9 5900, 32gb Ram) specifically for gaming and I have Zero regrets! Prior to this, I have only ever gamed on console, including next gen. I am completely blown away! Games run like butter in ultra graphics! Its SO MUCH BETTER THAN CONSOLE!! I am SOOO impressed with this Beast! If youre looking to get one, Id highly advise you to get it! You too will regret Nothing!

> 3 dayStraight out of the box, it did not power on. Called Alienware/Dell customer service and they had me remove all components and retest after adding each component back to test it out. Still didnt power up so they are sending a technician out to work on it. The customer service tech assumes it is a bad motherboard. Update: Technician showed up next day, did no troubleshooting and just replaced the motherboard. The same issues occurred after he did so. He apparently had no knowledge of how to troubleshoot so he called Dell support himself. Finally they all gave up and decided it would be best to send the POS to the dell service center for repairs. They sent a box which was undersized for the alienware case. I miss the original Alienware company before the dell monster ate it.

31-03-2025this has been an amazing PC since i got it, i had a little issue with Windows 11 but was able to fix that by jumping back down to windows 10. Overall, everything i throw at this thing has worked with no issues at all. I mainly play GTA RP, COD, Fortnite and right now i picked up sea of thieves. I play on high settings and get around 90-120 FPS. I do think the ram could be upgraded a little bit and would look into getting 32GBs right away.

> 3 dayI bought this during Prime Day 2022 (July) and the price/value is based on that. Pros: Good packaging, fast delivery, arrived on time and undamaged. The SSD isnt as big as Id like for my active steam library but the extra storage and even playing turn-based games off the spinning rust platters seems to work fine. Plays everything Ive thrown at it just fine, no heat or performance issues even on the most demanding games. Cons: The hard drive can be louder than Im used to with annoying noises during the write functions. Due to my desk setup the one side with the window into the box as shown in the picture ends up facing the window so a bit of a lost feature. Overall, I think its solid for a prebuilt, but if you do some research, you will note that this isnt the full X version of the MB/Processor that AMD sells if you were to build it yourself. However, I havent seen any performance issues. Side note - The amazon splitting of payments on items like this is rather nice. Unlike doing it through Dell/Alienware there is no credit check/hit on that and you can pay off early at any time with no interest or penalties.
