> 3 dayGreat performance and value for the money...when they werent gouging you on the price. It was $85 when released not that long ago. Now they want a shade over $200? Look somewhere else.

> 3 dayThis is an older processor but still viable for a day-to-day youth, a child computer, or even a small little server to handle your small office home office needs

09-06-2025its the best bang for the buck, if you play csgo you will get good frames over 100 but if you are really serious about playing csgo ONLY then i prefer a higher clocked cpu which will get you to over 300 fps, but for any game that uses multithreads correctly like fortnite and other new games, this cpu is really good!

Greater than one weekI just built an economical PC for gaming and some light Photoshop work. I was originally going to buy an AMD Ryzen 5-2600, but after some research I went with the 5-1600. Im very satisfied with my choice. Its quick and handles games and productivity programs with no problems. AMD processors are a much better value than Intel and the 5-1600 is a great choice and a low price.

> 3 dayAF designates 12nm architecture!! Almost dropped to a 4 star rating due to slower fed-ex shipping, but i was blown away by the bang for your buck this processor has!!! Anyone looking for a mid range budget build should consider this cpu. Keep it up AMD and thank you seller for the great price!!

Greater than one weekProbably not the best value considering I got it for 105-ish bucks but it runs superbly up to 4.2 ghz with an aftermarket cooler at 1.3-ish volts for me. Got it to 3.9ghz with stock cooler but it ran up to 90C (not rlly comfortable with that)

Greater than one weekPlenty of speed and power for everyday computing needs and gaming. No problems with it so far. Easy to overclock and stable at 3.7 - 3.8ghz for me. When I put it in my cart the price started at $85 and a week later it jumped to $149 and then less then a month later dropped to $104. So watch the price and dont be in a hurry to buy.

> 3 dayObviously the reason why this CPU was good was because it had the performance of a R5 2600 for $85. Six cores and twelve threads for $85. I should have bought 5 of these when they were still in stock for the proper price. Soon though, it may be that the wildly successful R5 3600 may drop low enough to provide comparable price to performance of this when it was at MSRP, so hope is not yet lost for budget cluster-computing enthusiasts.
