So Ive never used an AMD processor before considering Ive always used Intel but let me tell you this CPU is amazing not only for the value but it can handle soo much more than I thought its worth the buy pair it on a black tomahawk max motherboard with a decent GPU (2060 ko ultra if you can) and youll be amazed. The $85 price tag cant be ignored for such a good CPU.

Its cheapest 6 cores with 12 threads processor in the market. The performance is great too. It can run any games with no difficulties but you need a decent graphic card. I paired it with AMD RX 580 and it can run any games with outstanding performance

Read reviews from Bitwit and a few other online reviewer sites...all said the Ryzen 5 1600 AF was great for gaming. Fortunately, I got this proc at $85 before it left the shelves and came back at $100.

Bought this processor for a friend of mine a week or so ago for his first ever PC, and it has worked perfectly so far. I double checked to make sure that this was the AF edition, and after which I installed it along with the cooler, and it boot into BIOS no problem. Many reviewers say that this preforms similarly to the 2600, so getting this for nearly $35 less is a steal. If you have a really old processor or are looking for a fantastic entry level CPU, be sure to consider this. Possibly the best bang for your buck CPU out on the market currently!

Exceptional value for the performance you’re getting. Practically the same as a Ryzen 5 2600, and can even be OC’d to outpace it.

anyone that knows knows this is simply a Ryzen 5 2600 rebadged but be warned it is not a drop in for a older mother board it will require a bios update

easy install, use it for everyday use not for gaming, a bit of fan noise but you get used to it.

Its really simple its an unlocked cpu that you can overclock and is basically a 2600! 6 cores 12 threads which can game, stream, and is a good basic workstation cpu

Great price and great a CPU. I was able to overclock this CPU to 4.0GHz @ 1.375V with MSI B450I board.
