Great cpu runs like a champ

I wanted this for my daughters birthday but I had to wait for a motherboard, ram and hunt down a psu and by the time I got all I needed (thanks covid) and installed this cpu it didnt work. Been super bummed there is nothing I could do because of wait times and back orders. Its out of my return window so there is not much now I can do. I do have to say out of all my parts this was the quickest to arrive. I will be buying a new cpu and hope for the best 2nd time round.

There isnt anything to complain about here, this is a CPU that doesnt cost an arm and a leg and gets things done.

I was worried if it could work with 3600 Mhz RAM (corsair vengeance RGB pro 16 GB AMD optimized). At first it read just 2666 Mhz, but switched in bios on profile 1 and its now 3600 Mhz.

I bought this a year or so ago when it was 85$. I am completely satisfied with this cpu at that price. Its prob worth whatever the current price is nowadays as well. Pair it with a cheap b450 pro2max and 16gb ram. Boom, youre in the mix!

The best CPU value today. As many here have stated, it is basically an R5 2600 for just $85. I am able to run at 4.0 ghz on a compact air cooler.

10/10 recommend. It’s basically a 2600 just cheaper. Runs great and does what it’s supposed to.

I have installed over 10 of these in customer PCs. Great value, runs cool and most will overclock to around 3.8ghz with no issues.
