AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Processor with Wraith Spire Cooler - YD260XBCAFBOX

Opened the shipping package to find a damaged box, with a receipt written in a language we could not read. Found that the item was corroded/damaged, and likely would not have even turned on, let alone lasted any amount of time.

Worked great for sons gaming computer.

Gaming on pc. I have it matched to a gtx1070. With a full field of cats on max settings I get 170 fps and the cpu is only at 40%. I was using a pentium g4620 that ran great at 99%. I went with AMD because the i5 upgrade for the board I had was more expensive than cpu and mb. I will probably go back to the pentium for gaming and use this R5 and magewell to stream. My box was intact but spire fan was damaged. One of the mounting arms was bent causing the cooler to sit wierd.

WOW, AMD have really closed the gap on Intel. This CPU rarely goes above 20% usage when running AAA games on 1080p @ 60Hz, 60fps capped ASUS Strix RX580 O8GB and handles Twitch simultaneously broadcasting at 1080p@60fps with 0 dropped frames! Do it. I was gonna get the R7 2700X but havent even maxed this one out yet, so Im glad I saved the money. I will definitely buy these for future systems.

I game at 1440p at 60hz. This processor has no problems keeping up in any game I throw at it. Coming from a 6600k overclocked to 4.8 this still runs everything just as well. This has eliminated getting 100 percent CPU usage like my 4 core did with some games.(GTA5,MONSTER HUNTER WORLD). I have even started streaming with no problems and that was a no go on my 4 core.

I feel so fancy having a computer that will handle anything.

The product is good, what was not good was Amazon delivery, wich sucks, the damage the box and thanks god the product was not damaged, the worst part is that they dont take responsability for it.
