AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Processor with Wraith Spire Cooler - YD260XBCAFBOX

Works perfectly and for under 150 dollars its absolutely amazing performance. I probably didnt need the X model, but I had use for the Wraith Spire cooler in another system with a 3600 (which it cools perfectly) so hey, why not.

I had the Ryzen 3 and there is a notable difference with the Ryzen 5. Faster and you can tell without doing speed tests!

This isnt the most blazing proc out there, by far... but for non-gamers looking for a snappy workstation, this proc delivers at a great price. My rig is yet to breathe hard on anything Ive done with it...

Its fine, just concerned with these boxes because they have so much room when its shipped.. cars moving and it could damage the item.

I OC mine to 4.15GHz so it gets fairly hot but even with the stock cooler i was only about 80C so you wont need a stock cooler if you want to run it though I would suggest something like a Hyper 212 evo just to keep it cooler and more stable but the stock cooler is quiet good so if you want to save some money its an easy upgrade later.

Not getting specific but it works well and got my computer back up to where I needed it for gaming during the shutdown in 2020.

Seems to be working well at the moment and dont believe I will have problems with it. Installed very easily and the packaging was good. My only complaint is with the stock cooler that came with it. I took off the pre-applied thermal paste (with 91% alchohol and a new/clean microfiber cloth) to apply a different type and there was a nasty scratch across the plate already, hiding under the existing paste. Not sure if thats going effect the cooling over time, I feel like it already is. Now Im out more money to buy an aftermarket cooler to see if I get better performance, was kinda hoping the stock would hold me over for a while.
