Upgraded from an sandy bridge i5 to this, Im blown away by its performance. Its amazing.

Used the Ryzen 5 2600X to power my gaming PC. It’s fantastic for the money.

Works great for the games I use it for, the cooling fan was a HUGE pain to install but other than that it works great

Mine never drops below 2600 MHZ with cool and quiet enabled. In a loaded fast game runs hot. I am going for a liquid cooler.

Cant really over clock it.... But love the fact I can play most game on ultra with 45 frames or so... Maybe a few have some drops too 30

Obviously its a decent computer component not top of the line not bottom smack dab in the middle. But what im here to say is if you buy it from the seller WAYFURB INC it may come a tiny bit more delayed than expected. they have fantastic costumer support and offered me assistance refunds etc. they are just starting i guess and have a lot of orders to fulfill. If you need it fast get a different seller. I didnt need it fast so it is fine by me

I bought this CPU to replace my 6 year old FX 8320. Im getting a 40-50 fps bump in almost every game (PUBG, BFV, SCUM, etc). Ive been with AMD for a long time and again, the Ryzen line didnt disappoint. The only con I give this is for the cooler, it was a little bit of a pain to get mounted; however, this may be more related to the board than the CPU so I didnt knock a star off the overall score, only install. I have it OCd to 4.4 and will be pushing it to 4.9 when I get a liquid cooler for it.
