When I got the package, it didnt have any bubble wrap or foam of any kind. The cpu box was torn, the cpu was not secured and everything was shoved in without any thought. I was confused as to why there was an empty half plastic container looking thing in there but I realized that the cooler wasnt even shipped with it. Luckily the cpu wasnt damaged. I bought a different cooler for the pc and its not broken so Im not sending it back but this was the worst handling Ive ever seen.

Ive been using a Ryzen 5 2700x for the past 3 or 4 years with a 1080ti. Id been able to play games on high settings with few issues. With the 5800x I havent found a game I cant play on ultra settings buttery-smooth. Amazing difference!

Amazing processor, just more than you need to have a long time with it, so far everything runs smoothly

Im in a dilemma. Keep or return. I have no confidence in the CPU being new. The security seal was cut and the CPU had a fingerprint on it. I guess I will need to keep it and hope it works fine.
