The processor works really well, boosts around 4950Mhz with my 120mm AIO. runs hotter, 90C on bench-marking 85 C on normal load and 60c on idle may be because it needs a 240mm rad to run cool.

Bei mir ist diese CPU für die Video Bearbeitung (mit TOPAZ VEAI) im heftigen Dauereinsatz. Ich nutze AMD Ryzen Master zur Overclocking Optimierung, was auch sehr gute Ergebnisse bis fast an die 4,95 GHz Leistungsgrenze (bei mir 4.85 GHz) bringt. Aber Achtung! das Ding wird sehr heiß und verursacht damit die automatische Abschaltung des PC, wenn 90° überschritten werden. Deshalb ist eine gute Kühlung ein absolutes Muss (bei mir Luftkühlung mit Alpenföhn und bequiet Lüfter und sorgfältiger Wahl der BIOS Einstellungen (PPT, TDC, EDC), sonst hat man die CPU schnell geschrottet.

Its a CPU it dropped into my build no issues. Not much to say the specs speak for themselves. A vast improvement over my 3600

I upgraded from an i7-4790k, which is a massive upgrade, this AM4 chip is perfect for the 30-series GPUs and runs anything you throw at it.

Very carefully attempted to let the cpu sink into the socket and noticed that the cpu was not going in, it was only halfway in. I inspected the cpu for a while and finally noticed 2 bent pins. I looked up what I could use to bend it back into place, and it said I could use a razor blade. I carefully bent the pins back into place and I was never able to get the display to turn on. I replaced it with my old CPU and the display turned on right away. Have to refund and order a new one.

They dropped it off and the box was smashed and half open. Glad it works by the looks of the box
