Der Prozessor hat in meinem pc einen gute Performance. Wie die Performance am ende ist häng auch vom rest des pc ab wenn z.b. der restliche pc nur 300€ gekostet hat schneidet der cpu natürlich schlechter ab als in einen 1500€ pc aber in beiden Szenarien wird der Prozessor gute Performance zeigen. Der Prozessor kommt NICHT mit einem kühler. Ich bin echt zufriden mit dem Prozessor in einem 800€ Pc . Wer nicht so viel ausgeben will trotzdem eine gut Prozessor Leistung will für den ist der Prozessor perfekt.

AMD has now begun to offer its products at a premium price, but the performance you get out of the chips is well worth it. I upgraded from a Ryzen 5 3600X and noticed a significant FPS increase at 1080p max settings on Call of Duty Cold War. Highly recommend.

Regardless of cooling (a 280 AIO or an older Scythe Ashura air cooler with push-pull), my unit would boost to ~4800 MHz until it would reach 90-91 C degrees in Cinebench. No throttling, but it also seem to no go beyond that frequency either.

Its a great CPU, very fast and very nice except for one annoying thing. It seems by my research that the 5800x and the 5900x series seem to have some kind of compatibility or conflict with certain bios settings. If you find yourself in this unfortunate situation where the computer crashes or freezes, then you will have to do some bios settings tinkering to try to remedy the CPU issue. I have been trying to playa round with different things to help solve the issue and so far (knock on wood) I think I found something that works because I have seemed to be stable now the last few days. Under bios, disable Core Performance Boost or Precision Boost Overdrive. If you dont want to remove those then you may have to play around with CPU voltages, so be careful and know what youre doing.

I use this for gaming in 1080p and 1440p mostly, and its usual paired with an RTX 3070 or 6700XT. It also sees lots of action in Davinci Resolve and photoshop and works seamlessly for me on the productivity side as well. It handles everything fantastically. In some games it will pull 100w and rendering videos and other productivity tasks will see it pull 130-140 watts, so a capable cooler goes a long way with this CPU.

The CPU has an amazing architecture, can multitask without a problem, everything is snappy, and is more than enough for current games and future games. However, I feel really uncomfortable with the temps, even though it’s rated for up to 95C, I easily reach 90C before losing score on Cinebench R20 if left on stock settings, but still reach those temps on normal cases too, like loading a game, and that’s with an 360mm AIO, so reaching those numbers quite easily with such cooler is quite perplexing, I had to lower the voltage with PBO with a guide to even begin to be around ~83C, even had to lower fan speed because they quickly went into the 80-90 degree speed. From what I researched, only the 5800X has this problem, so I would rather go with the 5600X or the 5900X than this, only bought this because it was in stock when I could purchase a CPU on the limited window of time I had. I was going to rate this a 4/5, but after thinking of the headache it gave me before just giving up and accepting those numbers, I decided on a 3/5.
