I use this for light weight gaming and multi-tasking. It is powerful. It runs hot (but I do live near the equator). Happy with my purchase.

Was getting lower performance than anticipated with a Ryzen 7 2700x and a 6900XT. Simply swapped in this cpu and solved all my problems. If youre upgrading be sure to update your bios with your old chip first.

Not the best CPU on the market anymore since AMD released ZEN 5 and Intel released their 12th & 13th Gen but AMD 5000 series are definitely great CPUs! And if you play at 4K, games are GPU bound anyway!

Although a little pricey, it compensates with binary pushing muscle. Im not a gamer, but I do love a good running PC for working with large files
