went from a 7700k to this and can really feel the difference from quad core.

Doesnt get better than the 5900x. 5 ghz precision boost overdrive and 4.8 all core!

Perfect cpu to pair with my 3080ti. Nice upgrade from my 5600x. Highly reccomend if your building a high end pc.

I upgraded from the 3700x to the 5900x once the price dropped under $400. Totally worth. I can get 4.3GHz on all cores with single core boosts just shy of 5GHz STOCK. I am using a EK AIO 240 cooler which keeps it under 70c at those frequencies/loads on a x570 Asrock micro-atx board.

Been going back and forth for quite awhile on a direction for an upgrade and after waiting on a price drop I finally pulled the trigger on this CPU. Glad I did.

I finally got one after months of stock issues so keep that in mind but realize it wont be considered in this review of the product.

So I purchased new was sold an opened box. It works, it works well and from what I can tell theres less than 100 hours on it. Unfortantley after recieving this product I was hospitilized. Now that I am feeling better I opened the box and its an open processor. It works like I said but being sold a used product has issues. I now have 0 idea when the manufacturers warranty is up. If I knew it was used I would have purchased protection for it. 2/10 for dishonesty and frankly hurting my feelings.

While it did not come with a CPU cooler like most of the other CPU’s I have bought have, it still came in on time and in perfect condition, it even came in early along with my other packages, it was maybe a little pricey but honestly with the rest of my setup itll do perfect.
