> 24 hourIts a great game for single player. Its weird for something thats marketed as so family friendly to not work for families. Basically, they force you to have one island per system. Even if you have different users and wach user pays for their own copy of the game in the store, youre not allowed to have your own islands. We discovered the hard way by having to delete someone elses island to give priority to the person who initially wanted to play it more. We should t have had to do that though - leave one person sad over having to delete an island they liked, and only let them be a guest to someone elses island (which greatly limits what they can do). Theres no previous disclaimers about this too.

> 24 hourIve never played an Animal Crossing game before this (except Pocket Camp, to see if Id like it), so I had the advantage of not missing many aspects that had been removed. I also bought this game just for myself, so the fact that there is only one island per gaming console didnt bother me, but I have no doubt that it would if I intended for the game to be shared. Other reviews for this game will probably give you a better idea of whether or not this is a good purchase.

> 24 hourI love this game! I am also a full grown adult and I play it! I don’t have reliable internet where I live and this game is still wonderful without connecting online. I recently got injured and this has consumed so much of my time. What a fun game!

> 24 hourincredible. beautiful. lovely. oh, joy. theres something ever-so-lovely about having a little world to escape into with a bunch of lil animal friends. diva is an icon who rocks a pair of sunglasses. elmer is a snack loving comrade. gayle is friend shaped. kid cat and genji i barely understand but theyre adorable. whitney is intimidatingly lovely. kidd gardens with me. mitzi is also friend shaped. quillson is a little gay man (kinda like me!!) and i love him for it. bluebear is legendary and lives next to a naturally formed heart pond. if you want a place to leave the world to this is a pretty good one, though if tom nook could just cease to exist i wouldnt be complaining about that.

> 24 hourThe game is so fun, only problem we didnt know prior to buying the game is that you can only have one island per switch console, all users have to share the same island and the first player that started the game became the island representative which dictate how to design the island. We should have do more research before buying the game. Other than that, it has bought us a lot of joy in the 2 weeks that we have the game, maybe too much joy, our family spend way too much time than we should playing this game.

> 24 hourI have been a fan of animal crossing since it came out on the GameCube. Nintendo has revamped certain activities and created some new and fresh ones. Animal Crossing has always been a one place and multiple accounts for that one place unless you had another memory card or the game twice. However, it wouldve been cool if Nintendo let each Nintendo Network account have their own save file for the game on the Switch like Sonys Playstation does...options are always nice to have. I still love this game and think its great!

> 24 hourI personally know nothing about Switches but my granddaughter is quite an expert and Animal Crossing was what she wanted for her birthday. When she opened her gift she was thrilled, just shrieked for joy. So this know-nothing-about-electronic-games grandmother scored big points! A win-win situation.

> 24 hourThis is by far the best Animal Crossing game. I have been obsessed with it since the moment I turned it on. Its keeping me sane through this crazy time of isolation. There are enough things in this game to keep me busy and entertained every day. I like the daily grind of trying to find new recipes and build items and the nook miles goals give you something move towards. Visiting friends and having friends visit is so fun. We check out each others shops and just hang out in a time where we cant really hang out in person. Terraforming is quite literally game changing and opens up a whole new aspect of the game and I can spend hours doing it. 10/10
