> 3 dayFang is Babey I got him on my third mystery island if you think you have about 600-1200 hours to burn then this is a perfect fit for you, though beware: it is more of a sandbox than a progression style game. Making things takes a while and the main objective is to decorate your own island. If this doesnt seem like your thing, you may be looking closer toward 30-60 hours of playtime, though that is still a lot all things considered.

Greater than one weekThis is a great game! Its a very relaxing, easy way to get lost in a different place while we are all locked down in our towns because of COVID-19. I will list pros and cons: Pros: - Easy mechanics and controls (great for little kids). - Basic goals to complete that encourages exploration and creativity. - Funny and entertaining characters. - Works in real time, so you are forced to be patient. - Free to visit friends islands. - Multiple players live on the same island. - Lots of visitors and potential characters to visit the island (400 I believe). - Family and kid friendly - no bad guys or scary things (unless you count the wasps and tarantulas....). Cons: - You can ONLY have one island per Switch!! - Since there is only one island, all resources are shared. This means that it is possible for one person to hoard all of the resources. DONT HOARD THE TOILET PAPER! - Works in real time, so you are forced to be patient..... Yeah its a pro and con... Overall, this is a great game, and I would HIGHLY recommend it.

> 3 dayThis is a really fun game, I bought it for my 5 year old but I find out that I play it more than he does. I recommend making sure your child can read the npcs in the game like to talk and its essential to know whats going on.

> 3 dayIf youre a fan of the series its certainly worth the purchase and youll have many hours of enjoyment playing it but ultimately it felt like I deleted my New Leaf data and was starting that game over again. You can set furniture outside. Okay. You can craft furniture and tools. Or should that read: you HAVE to craft furniture and tools. Im not sure thats a plus. Its fun at first to gather materials and craft stuff, and the crafting animation is so cute and awesome, but what does it ultimately add to the experience over time? It can become tedious and a bit of a drag. I played almost all of the summer season before, I think, they added the ability to venture into the water via diving which if I recall correctly was included in New Leaf but Im sure it certainly wasnt added through an update. I also think I saw that they eventually added, again through an update, the dreaming ability where you can visit other peoples towns without having to be connected through the multi-player mode restricted to your friends. And Im wondering if they will eventually add the coffee house place where you can hang out and buy a beverage a day, or whatever neat thing it was in New Leaf, and then, finally, youd have a fully featured new version of New Leaf. So yes, to me, it just felt like New Leaf but without everything included right away and so, unlike New Leaf, I found myself losing interest in about three months. Oh well. Maybe if I had more friends to play with, because that was super fun to visit a friends island and have them visit mine. Itd be nice if they had more things you could do as far as interacting whilst visiting like mini games etc. Id still recommend it to Nintendo and Animal Crossing fans. Cheers!

> 3 dayPre-ordered this game and it arrived the same day of the release day and it’s been 4 months since I’ve had animal crossing new horizons and I love it. I recommend this game because it’s so relaxing so therapeutic and adorable, you get to use your imagination and be as creative as you want with your island. This game doesn’t make you feel stressed you go at your own pace and the updates have been making the game even better and there’s still even more updates to come. This is a perfect gift for Nintendo fans and for the old animal crossing fans who have been here since the beginning of this franchise. If you plan on buying this game as a birthday gift or Christmas gift go for it, I’m sure your kids, friends, or anyone from your family that’s a Nintendo fan will be so happy.

> 3 dayTo me this is the best switch game. It works great handheld or on the big screen. It has so much repayability its insane. BOTW has the better story and better graphics, but this game will suck you in.
