> 3 dayI am shocked just how well this Antenna performs. Yes. It is very long. But the reception is freaking AWESOME! This Antenna performs much better than those Rubber Duck Antennas. But. Word of wise. Use it with extream caution being it is so long. I strongly urge buying this Antenna.

> 3 dayI have a Uniden BC125AT handheld scanner that came with the standard rubber ducky antenna. I was fairly disappointed with the reception, wasnt picking up much at all. I decided to try an aftermarket antenna and went with this one. Im very pleasantly surprised by the dramatic difference this thing made. Im now picking up channels from 30 miles away! When collapsed, this is only slightly longer than the standard antenna. When fully extended, its a whopping 4ft long, which makes the scanner top heavy but will stand up on a flat surface with no problem.

> 3 dayWorks good sometimes...sometimes the original rubber ducky works better. Depends on interference

> 3 dayThe one thing is the price and the shipping, which I like which I ordered 2 more and the shipping.is very reasonable. I looked at MFJ on shipping alone theyll charge $35 dollors or more for one antenna.

> 3 dayThis pulls in signals 26 miles away! My old antenna could not do that especially being in the city..I’m impressed. Hopefully it is built to last as well.
