> 3 dayThis Antenna is vary good for the price you pay. To get the best signal, you will have to play with the sections for each band you want to listen to. Note for some smaller scaners, it may tip over the scaner if not handled properly, depending on howmany sections are expanded. Overall, it is good for the price you pay. Of course it is not the best in the world, but I gave it 5 stars because it works for my needs.

> 3 dayI’m able to get airplanes talking with NY Approach around 45 miles away in the NYC area so I would say the range is pretty good for the price. I have this on the Uniden BC125AT scanner and the range with this antenna is better than the standard one. I do have to say that it is wobbly on the connector compared to the included antenna from Uniden. That is a bit annoying because when you open it up all the way, it wobbles noticeably
