Appion MGAVCT 1/4 MegaFlow Vacuum-Rated Valve Core Removal Tool

I had a unit today with a stuck suction line schrader valve, normally if you push the valve in it a time or two with your pocket screwdriver theyll stop leaking. The valve on this unit didnt want to play along so pulled the Appion valve core removal tool out of my bag and it worked flawlessly! No issues with it at all! Easy to use, quality construction, removed and inserted new valve with zero problems, and no leaks. Yep its not cheap, I get it. The alternative would be to pump the unit down, insert new schrader valve, pull a vacuum, and listen to your buddies give you business. Not to mention the time I wouldve lost doing all this madness for a stupid little valve core. Glad I spent the money, the Apprion valve tool is worth every penny in my humble opinion. Definitely one of those better to have and hardly never need, than to need it and not have one.

It works well under vaccum replaced shrader core under vaccum to test and it just works

For the price you would think that it should fit snug over the Schrader valve when you remove it but not the case you have to kind of prey a little bit farther apart

As advertised. Good quality. Seems to be overpriced.

Home a/c system

No problem so far. I remove the valve core first then add the tool just to pull vacuum. Works great.
