I was able to clear up the mousepad clicks by turning OFF 3 finger clicks. MAKE SURE YOU DO.

I got this macbook, m1 max 32 core gpu / 32 GB of ram, for work purpose and this blows my mind miles away, i never found such good a display, it is so accurate and nice to work with.

This laptop runs premiere pro and my 4k footage with no hiccups or stutters. Battery is roughly 4-5 hours while editing and performance doesnt change whether the laptop is plugged or unplugged. Perfect for editing on the go. Very happy with my purchase!

I LOVE my new MBPro! I get a new one about every 2-3 years. Getting all of the plugs back is a joy. If only we could also have an Ethernet plug. :-) Highly recommend.

M1 Pro performance is mind-blowing! The laptop boots up out of sleep in a second, just as fast as you unlock your iPhone but its a laptop. The display is absolutely gorgeous, the color is pretty accurate. The black is very deep and you cant discriminate a black produced by monitor and a natural black!!

Bought it as a gift and he loves it

I just upgraded from Snow Leopard on a MacBook Pro Late 2007 to Monterrey on a MacBook Pro 16. Steve Jobs must be rolling in his grave. They seem to have been busy “fixing things that weren’t broken and not fixing the things that were, Making changes to the interface for the sake of change and, in general, locking things down so far that you can’t use them. I have a password protected FileMaker database that now requires the password every 30 minutes or so if it is left open. They should fire whoever decided to put the “notch” in the center of the menu bar. What were they thinking? I need a $50+ dongle to attach anything and the setup to attach a Firewire 400 device is something only Rube Goldberg could love. I can’t read the light gray text on a white background that is the unchangeable system default. The speakers have so much bass that the sound is distorted - and there is no way to change it. I could go on and on but this is not the place. The Mac is now the worst computer on the market… except for all the others.

As a videographer his laptop fits all my needs. Renders my 4k footage in no time and wastes no time in starting up. Neat, sleek and has all the ports I need.
