After years with PC laptop, I switched to 16 MacBook Pro with Intel chip in 2020. It was a great laptop, except it was too hot to put on my lap! I brought it back to Apple store, and the tech at Genius Bar was scratching her head but just reinstalled the whole system; I then bought an app to boost the fan, a stand to leave the air vent away from any surface ... ... none of them worked. Now I traded it in for about 20% the purchase price, and got this 16 MacBook Pro with M1 chip. I am so happy, because finally I can put this laptop on my lap!!!

I recently purchased the 16-Inch MacBook Pro and I am extremely impressed with its performance and design. The larger screen size is a game-changer for me, as it allows me to work more efficiently and comfortably. The display is bright, clear, and vibrant, making everything from photo editing to video streaming look amazing.

The M1 Macbook Pro 16 inch is an excellent laptop for the price. It has a great display, a comfortable keyboard and trackpad, and a powerful processor. The M1 chip is more than capable of handling everyday tasks, and the battery life is impressive. The camera and speakers are also good, making it a great choice for video conferencing and streaming. The M2 chip is not worth the upgrade, as the marginal improvements are not worth the extra cost. The M1 Macbook Pro 16 inch is currently the best price to performance laptop on the market.

I LOVE my new MBPro! I get a new one about every 2-3 years. Getting all of the plugs back is a joy. If only we could also have an Ethernet plug. :-) Highly recommend.

Upgraded from 13 Macbook Pro 2018 to this larger screen. LOVE IT. Very quiet and powerful machine. Got this cheaper than apple store.

UPDATE: looks like Apple will be fixing it for me, so I will be back to this machine being the best laptop I have owned… (screen is Awesome btw). Will update again when I get it back..

MacBook is a quality CPU with the best processing capabilities

I ordered the 2021 16 inch right away as I knew they would probably sell out fast. I had to make sure I had one for my trip I am leaving on soon. As soon as I opened it the screen would never come on. Thought maybe it needed charging so I tried that. Still nothing but a black screen. It kept making the sound when you open it up even when it was closed over and over again. I took it to the local Apple Store hoping I could get some answers. They tired to get it to work and could not either. They said it is very strange and maybe something happened to it during shipping. They said since it is brand new it would be best to get my money back from Amazon. I thought maybe I could just exchange it before my trip but the one I ordered is out of stock. I will try the 14 inch and see if I like it compared to the size of the 16 inch since it is in stock. This is a first MacBook Pro I have ever purchased and now I am a bit nervous.
