> 24 hourCame in the manufacturers box, and all accounted for. Proctor & Gamble seems to be the distributor for Astra (one of the better-known Russian brands), these days. There can be small differences in package artwork, depending on vintage, provenance, and whatnot. So, dont panic. The important thing is that the blades are good. What I expect from Astra. Printing on the blades is solid (again, this varies; Ive elsewhere had some pretty faded Astra blades that were still good). Razor blades are a personal thing. A lot depends on your beard (if youre XY), skin type, shave soap, razor, local water, shaving style, offerings made to shower spiders, phase of moon, etc. That said, Astras are very nice blades, and worth a try. The packaging used for Amazons trans-shipment was pretty dodgy: just a bunch of blade packs dumped into a thin, half-sealed cardboard box with some other stuff, no padding. Or somebody in-between thought my shampoo was nitroglycerine. This doesnt seem to be a seller issue. Maybe just a bad day on the line. Anyway, the seller seems solid, which is what you probably want to know.

> 24 hourSmover cut then any disposable and great value for 100 blades... little on thin side but didnt seem to effect shaving my thick beard. No skin irritation

> 24 hourWhen it comes to double edge single blades I didnt need to look beyond the Astra Platinum. They reminded me of what I remember about the Gillette Platinum Plus blades from the 60s-70s! Smooth AND sharp and they last LONGER! If push came to shove I could easily double the number of shaves per blade and not sacrifice much! At less than 10 cents per blade that isnt necessary but it feels good to know that I could!!! I dont shave as often as I use to do which makes a single-blade razor all the more important. Multiblade razors just dont cut it on longer growth! They do fine at keeping a clean shave but they are an expensive one trick pony I sometimes use to stay clean shaven for several days on rare occasion. For that purpose they are fast and comfortable but not really necessary. I use Astras in a collection of vintage razors 70+ years old that are as good as the day they were made!!

> 24 hourExcellent blades. Buy all you can. Everyone is now buying safety razors. Tired oh sky high prices of ones now sold in America. This is now owned by Gillette that has not sold safety razors in 30 years. They are probably trying to buy all safety razor companies and have a monopoly. They just came out with a safety razor but handle is made in China and head is made in Germany.

> 24 hourThese blades are so sharp you even wonder if theyre shaving when you first use them. With that being said, be careful the first time using them because theyre really that sharp. Ill never switch from these razors after using them one time.

> 24 hourI use them in my safety razor and one side flexes and isn’t straight. Other than that they’re not too bad
