Astra Superior Platinum Double Edge Shaving Razor Blades 100 Pcs Barber Favored by Astra

> 3 dayI’ve read some people complaining that the blades don’t last long. I get two full head and face shaves per blade but they are great shaves no irritation. For the price of them, I’ll take that for a clean smooth shave. I do a complete shave mostly twice a week. There’s 20 packs of five blades and I use a pack a month so one box last me over a year and a half. I spent $14 for 20 months of blades; well worth it even with the short life of the blade!!

> 3 dayI went back to the old safety razon because I was tired of Shick/Gillette price gouging on their razon blades. I have medium density whiskers and I get four shaves per blade simply by cleaning , drying and flipping the blade over after each use. The last batch of 100 blades lasted close to years - a very, very good bargain at $20.00/box. I highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayI bought this 100 pack in early 2020 & again in 2021. Quality is consistent, & the blades have the embossed logo & are not blank, as with some other listings. I use a shavette on my own face, as well as for barbering others. I also use a Zazor DE razor (not unlike a Razorine, but cheaper & better.) For years I used Wilkinson Sword razors bc they were ubiquitous & got the job done well. Astra Superior Platinum are just a bit less smooth & a bit sharper in comparison. I have thick, curly 3C hair, & this slices right through. Its also a breeze for use on others. Not quite as sharp or unforgiving as Feather blades & thats why theyre my favorite. My one little quibble is the waxy sealant on the envelope. I really wish it didnt have that as it builds up on my razors, but a little warm soapy water takes care of it well enough.

Greater than one weekThese are great for the value. I can’t believe I use to use disposable razors. You get so many for the pice of four disposables and they last so long. I keep mine in the shower and it has been a month and it has no rust on it.

> 3 dayIve used other blades that leave me feeling perfectly smooth but after the first use of the first blade in the pack I realized that there was something wrong. It left my legs feeling sore and bumpy so I threw that blade away and went to the next one in the pack hoping it was a fluke. Tried the next blade and the exact same thing happened. I dont know if all the blades are poorly made or if I got a bad batch but I wouldnt risk it on such a large quantity potentially being bunk.

> 3 dayNot good, unless you enjoy pain and bleeding. Would rather shave with a rusty spoon. In the garbage they go.
