> 24 hourNo complaints so far. Im still getting used to the Chrome OS. Bought this as an alternative to carrying a much heavier laptop around all the time. It hasnt let me down yet.

> 24 hourSo sleek. Not sure how to navigate yet. Used to seeing apps on screen. So light and portable. Enjoyed using it so far.

> 24 hourIt is fine for my high schooler but if you have any dexterity issues this is NOT the right laptop for you. Very challenging to open the laptop. Personally I think the keyboard is too faint to see but again my kid said it was fine. He liked the keyboard backlight.

> 24 hourNot gonna lie I didn’t exactly know where the chrome book was and mistake it for Regular laptop. But it’s not bad your going to need to be around wifi most of the time to truly take a vantage of it. If you’re like me and write a lot of papers (word) your going need to remember your can’t download the full version on a Chromebook and either going to use the phone Version or The web browser version. Good Wi-Fi when using us as most because if not it’s going to lag behind every now and again.

> 24 hourThe keyboard consists of silver keys with a very light green or silver print on it with the letters and numbers. In other words its impossible to see. Quite useless and I need to return it.

> 24 hourI got this in hopes of using it for school and work. It was really cool and I was so excited... then I tried to get Adobe Creative Cloud, only to find out this only uses apps. My bad for not understanding what a Chromebook was, so I returned it.

> 24 hourUpdate: neither the seller nor manufacturer are taking responsibility for this defective product. Amazon’s A to Z guarantee apparently doesn’t cover defective products, unless the defective is identified within 30 days of initial transaction, so they haven’t been helpful either. I guess I’m out of luck for $275.

> 24 hourThis item was purchased brand new about two months ago and now, it doesnt work properly. The screen is dark and the power button on the left side of the Chromebook is lit and will not shut off. I cant use it at the moment and I am not certain how long this problem will persist and/or if the problem can even be fixed.

> 24 hourWhy is the consumer treated like little more than a profit point by these corporations? I would prefer a decently priced laptop that wasnt so locked into that ideal. Its not a good trade off. Something that is slightly useful only because google seems to own the internet. This why I returned this. Too tied to google. Too data mined for their profit. As heavy as it is I would not expect it to flex as much as it does. I wonder if it has had weight added to it just give the illusion it is built better than it is.
