First off the bat, the audio is nearly useless without the Ears, plug-in for Chrome, which allows you to EQ and boost the volume to a suitable level for content consumption.

Keys are hard to see even with backlight

Cant complain too much about this Chromebook. It works just fine, the touchscreen is convenient. My only complaint is confirming what some others have said regarding the backlit keyboard. Really like that its backlit, but its only really effective if the room is super dark. In fact, Id say when the backlight is on and its not in a dark room, the keys are actually less visible as it makes the letters appear almost the same color as the rest of the grey coloring around it. Annoying but not a deal breaker for the value here, at least for me.

I am amazed by this chromebook, elegant design, good materials, does not feel cheap at all. Pretty fast and easy to use.

Ive used Chromebooks since they first came out. The key for me was a good CB with a backlit keyboard. They are hard to find at this price... AWESOME and small overall package for a 14 display.

First, a Chromebook doesn’t support any applications. Second, I had it a year and it died suddenly after just normal use. Absolutely not worth the money, now all of my work is gone.

It’s beneficial while I’m off of work due to a work injury, but the speakers seem to have lost their loudness. Seems like after each use the speakers get lower and lower on sound. I’ve never gone past half on how loud I have it because the speakers were good; now I have to connect to a speaker via Bluetooth, to get sound to come through. Other than that the system works great! It isn’t slow or anything can work with my systems from work. Love it!

I am happy with everything.

Second one last 6 months then black screen death Im so done with these never again!

It’s great when you are traveling to have something more than your phone screen with which to access the internet. Nice screen size live the battery life. Seems as though it lasts for weeks!
