    A short time after using the laptop. The screen started blinking a lot. Then after some computer updates, it went crazy. Then the screen went off and off. After I returned it, Amazon charged me a Restocking Fee and that really pisses me off. I will never do this again!!

    This one sucks! There is no way to install Linux on it. Disabled Secure Boot, disabled fast boot, and even manually change the boot option in BIOS. Still wont boot from Linux Mint 20 USB stick. My other laptops, including even several ASUS from a couple of years ago, had no problem in booting into LInux from the same stick. So disappointed that ASUS even design such things that only work with Windows. Time to return and move on to something else ...

    The company packaged the laptop very well, safe from Amazon workers mistreatment of boxes. The laptop is very light, sleek, and efficient for my needs. Cortanas voice is soothing and helps with setup ever step of the way. Im a student so Ill just be using it for research and types ng papers. Overall, I give this laptop a 5/5.

    couldnt download google chrome because of s mode followed directions to get out of s mode and found out there were errors updating the computer itself so back it goes DONFT BUY PCS WITH S MODE So I am changing this review I had an uninformed tech who didnt help at all. I was ready to send this back and I looked online factory reset the computer and was able to take it out of s mode but note if you do this you cant up it back
