Received the laptop 6 days ago. It crapped out this morning. Screen went dark with no warning. Initially the power and charging light worked. Then after a while they went dark too. Called for support on a Sat morning, they said no support until Monday.

Recibí la laptop y el resto de los productos que pedí en esa misma orden en el tiempo que estaba estipulado. Cuando los recibí todos estaban en perfecto estado. He usado la laptop por algunos meses y funciona perfectamente, no me ha dado ningún problema, incluso vino con los programas originales de Windows. Estoy muy contenta con mi laptop, 100% recomendada la marca Asus y la empresa.

Nice looking screen I have had it for a week maybe and I am upset for the 5th time I my cursor goes missing it freezes and I cant open up more than 2 apps Im pissed and Ive tried contacting the customer service and it did not come with a booklet

The SSD is pretty small, but can be overcome with a SD Card or portable HDD.

Bonito modelo, funcional, bastante ligero, no obstante solo encontré 1 memoria RAM de 4GB, además había leído que venía con 1 hdd de 1 TB, pero no lo tenía, viene el espacio pero no trae el cable ni el flex para conectarlo. Habría que comprarlo por aparte.

Have been using it only for a few days now, its been ok. The only thing is that the volume is extremely low!! Very disappointing

So far so good,I bought the insurance just in case.i recomend it.
