> 3 dayComputer came fast and packaged well. The power cord doesnt seem to be original because it doesnt fit the socket well. Screen lacking but i use it to connect to a projector. Powering up after sleep is finicky sometimes.

Greater than one weekThis computer is good for the price, it’s hard to find a new computer with 8gigs of ram for under $400 so that is a great feature. I wanted something I could use for casual gaming and it does an acceptable job, nothing overly impressive the frame rates are pretty low sometimes on some games but low demanding games like Minecraft run well.

> 3 dayPerfect for students that need a laptop for school. I would definitely recommend Office 365. I had to deactivate s-mode to use lockdown browser for proctored online courses but that was really easy.

> 3 dayI read the reviews for this product - many claims of no backlit keyboard as stated in the product description. I messaged the seller to see if this problem had been resolved…it’s been over 2 weeks and never even got the courtesy of a reply…No response! So, against my better judgement, I rolled the dice thinking that maybe it was a user issue and bought this - my fault. Sure enough, NO BACKLIT KEYBOARD as clearly described! SO, if backlit keyboard is a critical need (as it is in my case), and you think that may need to contact the seller for any reason - Don’t Even Try! SHAME ON AMAZON for even allowing this to happen many times over and not suspending the seller’s account for false advertising and complete lack of customer service/response so other won’t get duped. Again, DON’T DO IT!!
