SO FAR, THIS LAPTOP HAS PERFORMED BEAUTIFULLY. ITS QUITE FAST AND IS EASY TO HANDLE. THE SCREEN QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND THE BACKLIT KEYBOARD MAKES IT SIMPLE TO OPERATE.

Only issue I found is a software glitch with the mouse pointer.

Fast, light, good battery life. Not using it for big number crunching, but good for small business. I’m not a gamer, so can’t speak to that. However Windows 11 is nice.

Purchased this laptop in hopes of having a reliable, light weight laptop. Instead out of the box this laptop gave the blue screen of death constantly. Matter of fact as I write this it has blue screened again and collected its data, for I know not why as it fixes nothing. I dont use this as a work computer so there is no excuse for the constant crashes. The mouse pad stopped working the first few days of ownership.

This Asus computer was slow that it was unusable, Loading programs or browsing on the net took forever. The screen would go dark for long periods between operations. It took a long time to start up when turned on. We returned it and ate the restocking fee.

    Greater than one week

I like it, the size is nice the screen ratio is great. I added a 1TB ssd without any trouble. My first time upgrading a harddrive, kept the OS ssd and just added the 1TB for storage. Needed the ssd caddy though, which i didnt know before hand so I needed to wait nearly a week longer to be able to use it inside the computer.

The battery on mine lasts about an hour. Also, you can only go through Microsoft for apps. I tried to look at Google play but it took me to the Microsoft store instead.
